7.3  Upfront Subscriptions: A cancellation fee may apply to Upfront Subscriptions cancelled prior to expiry of the applicable term. A pro-rata refund of the balance of the term of your Upfront Subscription will be provided, less the cancellation fee, except in the following cases:

7.4  In the event of a cancellation of your Print Subscription by you or Fairfax as a result of ongoing major delivery problems or non-delivery within your area (being Victoria for The Age and NSW or ACT for The Sydney Morning Herald and / or The Sun-Herald only), no cancellation fee will apply.

7.6  Fairfax reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time in its absolute discretion, provided that Fairfax gives you written notice of such suspension or cancellation. In the event that Fairfax cancels your subscription, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the balance of the term on your Upfront Subscription.

7.7  You are permitted to suspend home delivery of your Print Subscription. Delivery will not be made during any suspension period notified to Fairfax.
